Do I need two files?
No. This tool reads one searchable PDF or Word file.
Why do you need an email address?
We email a private link when the terms are ready. The result page is not public and is not indexed.
What language do you pull?
Payment, term length, notice, liability, and calendar dates. Each item is a short quote that appears on a named page. If we cannot find a verbatim quote, we omit it.
What files work?
Searchable PDF or Word (.docx), up to 10 MB and 15 pages. Scanned images are refused. Two successful pulls per email per day.
What happens to my file?
Encrypted in transit and stored privately. The file and the extracted terms are scheduled for deletion after three days.
